Learn how to create your own art journal to help process your thoughts and feelings through art and words. I will guide you through a series of activities to help you tune into yourself, release pain and difficult emotions while learning some beautiful new mark making techniques that you can carry forward into your own art practice.
$45 includes all supplies. Feel free to bring your own sketchbook if you have one and want to add to it. We’ll be using water based paints and markers, so watercolor or mixed media papers are best to bring.
Open to anyone 18 years and older. All experience levels welcome.
